If I could live at Frontera Fresco, I would

I love Rick Bayless' SF quick serve resto, Frontera Fresco. Tonight, the Cochinita Pibil Fresco Tacos (Roasted pulled pork with pickled red onions, Chihuahua Cheese, avocado and lime) was my dinner of choice.
